Pope Francis' Intention for September: Abolition of the Death Penalty
We pray that the death penalty, which attacks the dignity of the human person,
may be legally abolished in every country.
PRAYER
Prayer is communication with God who loves us as we are, unconditionally. We encourage you to take any opportunity to pray, including the ones listed below.
EUCHARIST: Please join us for prayer as a community. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith and is celebrated on Sunday (or Saturday vigil) and most weekdays. For an updated schedule, please see the main page of this web site.
MASS READINGS: You can find the daily readings here.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS: You can pray the stations of the cross at the church or in your home.
SATURDAY EVENING PRAYER GROUP: Meets at 4:00pm in the Prayer Room, before the 5pm Mass, to pray for world peace and for our priests. All are welcome to come and recite the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.
ROSARY FOR THE UNBORN: Every TUES at 1pm in the church near the tabernacle, when possible.
Please enter through the South doors (small parking lot with the alley).
ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT: This devotion is on hold at the moment as a
communal event on the First Friday (because of the pandemic), but feel free to spend time in adoration when the Church is accessible.

The Hope and Joy of Advent
Nov 28 to Dec 24
The custom of the Advent wreath draws attention to the
Light that Christ brings us as Christmas approaches.
It invites us to bear witness to that Light of the World.
Jesus is our Hope, our Faith, our Joy and our Peace.
Pope Francis said,
“It is the beautiful task of Advent to awaken in all of us memories of goodness
and thus to open the doors of hope."
